While stuying at University I provided catering services for events such as weddings, company conferences and fine dines. The opportunity to plan and manage some smaller events as well as to train new staff was given after showing reliability and being requested time and time again by many organisations around the area.Professionalism and pro-active approach were highly required for these formal and varied events. Employed to cater for 300 children and 100 Staff on an American boys summer camp in Maine, USA giving them a summer to remember.Organisation and planning was essential in order to meet deadlines and the high standards applied. I was involved in a number of positions in an out of the kitchen from food preparation, to the supervision of a large number of children. Leaving my home country at the age of 19 allowed me to become more independent and greatly improved my English.
