I am working on a project for a telco company in a team of 12 developers. We adapt the Salesforce CRM system based on the client's requirements and needs. In the beginning, I was only developing new functionality, configuring environments, and deploying the code to higher environments. At the moment, I focus more on communication with the client, I help with the design, I write technical specifications based on the design, I support and regularly substitute dev lead. Although my current role is more organizational, every now and then I work on development task. Mostly, I help other developers with more critical tasks and I'm still involved in the deployment.In a team, we are currently renewing B2B process to which we are incorporating and integrating new CPQ and central product database developed in parallel by other company.In the past I was participating on projects dealing with lightning transformation, partner portal enablement, maintenance and small development, production bug fixing and production releases. I was working for two different clients back then. The first client was Finnish company that manufactures and services power sources and different equipment in the marine and energy markets. Project was focused on maintenance and small development of mobile application that client used as a tool for their workers. (cordova application, salesforce mobile sdk, forcedroid, apex, salesforce configuration, mostly javascript)The second client was Finnish telecommunication company. Besides regular salesforce development I was setting up test automation and creating test suites which covered regression testing of basic business processes.
