Barb was a member of my team for a school project in ethics class at Concordia University. Barb was always well prepared and an active participant for discussions and presentations. She expressed her point of view well, but was always willing to listen to others. She has an excellent ability to incorporate all facets of the team's discussions and decisions into her presentations and is able to present all viewpoints fairly and professionally, even if they were not her own. Barb displayed these skills in both planned and impromptu presentations. "Team player" has become an overused word in the workplace today, but I feel Barb truly has this quality. She can lead just as easily as support the leadership of her group members and enthusiastically participates in whichever role she takes. I would be happy to have Barb on my team for any project.
