Metro Line 6 of São Paulo is a huge project crossing half of the biggest city in Latin America. My responsibility was to implement into more than 20 separate teams the innovative BIM process, a object-oriented programming based process that ensure complete control during design, estimate, planning and construction of a project, in this this case, the 15km long metro way and the stations buildings. Being the BIM Manager of this project was a huge challenge, considering the size of the project, and amount of partners participating. My role was to define the process, technology, requirements, and methodologies for each exchanged information between offices, train the teams, evaluate and improve the results. Show less

National support for Odebrecht Realizações Imobiliárias project teams on the project theme, with a focus on BIM implementations. Corporate responsible for the implementation of BIM technology at OR, helping teams from all over Brazil to innovate and develop their projects with more efficiency and productivity, focusing on project coordination and application of BIM technology in the study, compatibility and project management of the different disciplines, budget and planning of works. Among the main tasks are the development of corporate systems, generation of didactic content and project processes, in addition to ensuring the management of knowledge in the project theme through the organization of courses, events and group meetings of project coordinators. Main achievements: In almost 5 years of work as a specialist in the BIM theme, OR has transformed itself from a company that had never used this technology, into one of the companies that invested the most in BIM in the country, that trained the most members in the subject, and that has, in 2014, the largest number of projects developed with the aid of BIM in Brazil.
