Guilherme Pinheiro, PhD
Barbara worked at the Sports Excellence Center of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, directly at the Sports Psychology Laboratory. She was a highly exemplary research colleague. In her research project she analyzed the psychometric indicators of an elderly population and correlated them with the levels of motivation to practice physical activity. Her research was fully applied to the practical context and had great impact on athletic intervention with more than 300 people. In addition, she has carried out complementary education in Pilates methodology, and has been involved in the wellness market improving the health levels of people for over 5 years.
