Well, where to start? Barbara is an amazing lady! Barbara is an absolute pleasure to work with, she is extremely efficient, helpful and proactive. Her "can-do" attitude is a refreshing breath of fresh air in the work environment. Barbara has an exceptionally patient and accommodating nature and these traits together with her professionalism made working with her an experience to remember. Barbara was always courteous and friendly. She is very service orientated; nothing was ever too much trouble even when under pressure. She is one of the most dependable, responsible and diligent people that I have ever come across. Not only did she do what was expected of her but she was always prepared to go out of her way to perform those tasks with special effort and care even if it meant working over weekends. Barbara has a very friendly, open personality and got along well with all staff, both in her team as well as in other teams within the company. It is without reservation that I strongly recommend her for a similar post in another organisation.
