Working with Barbara is a wonderful experience. She is a great colleague and very profesional. I have worked with her for several years at two different companies, and both times it was very good to have her on the team. She is dedicated, responsable, committed and has a good sense of humour. She has a very sound and diverse profesional experience and education, and is truly multilingual and multicultural. Her knowledge and vision towards ESG matters are realistic and well aligned with best practices in the industry. I am fully confident that she will add great value to a team from whatever her position is.

Barb set me up for success early on in my career, and I remind her of it all the time. With no event coordinating experience and limited Spanish skills, I was far from the ideal candidate for her team. She knew that, of course, and did an amazing job working with me and honing my skill set. As a manager, she was busy, yet always found time to sit with me and everyone else on her team to talk one-on-one. She cared about us as people and looked after team morale just as much as team performance. She always met mistakes and challenges with understanding, allowing everyone to focus on getting things back on track. I left the company to develop my career however, Barb left a huge impact on me that I still remember years later. And while I'm not one to compare, Barb is easily on my top list of great managers I worked with and would count anyone working under her fortunate to have a great manager and a great leader.
