  Created the annual schedule of events and established an updated contact database with leaders of the primary mining companies in Chile and the world, renowned academics, civil society and industry organisations, chambers of commerce, among others, who were and are part of the event committees and among speakers of the events. I guided a diverse and committed team of up to 7 people, along with 10 expert consultants, with less than 20% rotation throughout my tenure.I managed the organization of between 8 and 16 events per year, pursuing collaboration from key players and establishing the keynotes and other milestones for each event. Supervised 47 conferences with over 10,000 participants in 4 different cities of Chile and Peru. Edited 46 technical proceedings with over 2100 technical papers published in English.
