Thanks to generous hearts in our community, we are able to offer them a place to call home, with mortgages kept to 30% of their income. Lives are changed by the power of home ownership. Work with FAU's generous friends to create plans that preserve their names and the programs most important to them. Help philanthropists find the right way to fund their plans, whether that be through cash, stocks or deferred gifts like bequests, annuities, insurance or retirement assets such as IRAs. Work with a committee of 25 top attorneys, accountants and wealth advisors to produce one of Palm Beach County's largest estate planning events, the Palm Beach County Wealth & Estate Planning Seminar, which draws 250 professionals each year to learn best practices in estate and tax planning.
