Barbara initiated and controlled the quoting process during this start up venture into a new market. Reporting and assisting the Sales Representatives were vital roles Barbara accomplished during her tenure. Barbara prepared the reports for various management segments and had to work with our sister office in Akron as well. I always found Barbara to be kind, outgoing, and very diligent her role while at SummaCare.

I have had the privilege of knowing Ms. Barbara Sanders-Walker as my student in two of my MBA classes. She has impressed me very greatly with her insightful understanding of organizational behavior, her emotional intelligence, her passion for excellance in everything she does and her professional maturity. In my opinion she would be an ideal candidate for jobs in the HR function and I say this with great confidence from having worked as a Senior Manager in the human resources function for two global conglomerate and understanding Barbara's strengths relative to the demands of a HR career. In my classes, Barbara demonstrated great initiative, exceeded the requirements of the courses, and made several insightful presentations and observations that greatly advanced the understanding of the group. I wish her the very best in the fulfilment of her career aspirations as I know she is an immensely talented professional who is both a natural leader and a warm and caring person. She will be a great asset to any organization that employes her.
