Working with little direction, she implemented a number of key initiatives the biggest of which was the implementation our global CRM initiative. She did a great job interfacing with the multi-disciplinary functions gaining the necessary respect and cooperation to not only make it a successful launch but also a key business tool going forward. Barb is self-motivated and has the ability to work well independently and as a part of a team. She is driven to succeed and brings a great competitive streak to her work. She is highly intelligent, with an eye for detail, and is creative in her thought processes. I highly recommend her for a position.
