WDP therefore sought funding from Gilead to enhance our organisations processes and pathways; equipping staff with the necessary training and resources to eliminate Hepatitis C by 2023About the Role. • Acting as Hep C Project Lead on the implementation of a 12-month project designed to enhance Hepatitis interventions within the service including all areas in London and Cheshire, 6 different services in total in England.• Working with performance management, and data leads across services to support staff to familiar with the Case Management system through accurate recording of BBV and Hep C pathways. • Arranging training for staff and coordinating with peer mentors from the Hepatitis C Trust to improve uptake of treatment. • Reporting to Lead Nurses and coordinating the overall service delivery with Gilead for planning and implementing the requisite interventions for Hepatitis C positive clients including local Hepatology Departments for treatment.• Ensuring staff are aware of Hep C pathways such as BBV screening, results sharing with clients and making referrals for treatment where necessary.• Working in partnership with staff from across the organisation and key stakeholders.• Arranging for promotional materials and for rewards to be provided to services.• Undertaking any other task required which supports the development of the project.• Oversee and coordinate WDP's DBST/Hep C treatment incentivization schemes across services.
