I worked with Barbara for almost 10 years. Barbara demonstrated her Human Resource potential while initially working in a human resource administrative role. Recognizing her ability to grasp the technical and policy related concepts of the department, we promoted Barbara to Benefits Administrator where she quickly mastered the processes, procedures, nomenclature and professional relationships with the various benefit vendors and consultants providing our services. Her ability to automate, streamline and implement processes while working closely with payroll, human resource cohorts and leadership assured that we were able to develop improved benefit products and services to employees while navigating the regulatory and economic requirements that accompany employee benefit administration. We later assigned worker's compensation management to her role and promoted her to supervisor where she again adapted the additional responsibilities to her role and became an active support to the company's safety management team as we aggressively and successfully sought to minimize accidents and injuries. As we continued to evolve the human resource function, Barbara was promoted to Corporate Human Resource Manager in 2019. Barbara assumed responsibility for the external recruiting function. Barbara is innovative, curious, technically astute and extremely team oriented.
