  As the head of the group fitness department, it was my job to oversee a staff of 20-25 instructors. I put out weekly schedules, coordinated meetings, hosted continuing education workshops, and hosted various charity events. I did the auditioning, the hiring, and the terminations. In addition, I taught a wide variety of the classes myself- from yoga and pilates to weight training and kickboxing!
