  Advise on all aspects of community pharmacy/ Develop services and the accreditation process / lead on medicines optimisation for Croydon / lead on pharmacy in care homes and liaise closely with the Local Authority around safeguarding etc / lead on investigating serious incidents with regard to dispensing As care home lead I have developed the care home advice service and a locally enhanced dispensing service for community pharmacists. I conduct clinical medication reviews in care hoems and have trained up others to undertake this work.
