During this time working in Brown Thomas I got the chance to work on more then one department. First, I was hired for Christmas staff for Men’s wear, I helped with serving the customer, replenishing the stock and keeping the floor and luxury clothes looking at the highest standard. Also in between all this I was also a BT brand ambassador working on a lot of different events like the BT style summit and Wild Beauty.I was then moved to the Brown Thomas beauty lounge because of my strong skills on tills and able to work in a fast-moving environment where I worked as part of the reception team, booking appointments for clients and making sure they had a great experience in the beauty lounge. I was also the main retailer being in charge of the stock and offering people the best customer service. I was also trusted to open and close the lounge by myself and organize our latest stock take.

I started off in the swords branch where I worked in all departments women’s, men’s, footwear, kids and stockroom. Due to the fact I started out in a smaller store I was required to moved department a lot and help on all floors, so I got to learn all areas of the store very fast. After a year I transferred to the flag ship store on Grafton street where I worked for 2 years, again in all departments be mainly on the main cash desk serving customers and moving at a very fast pace. Working on Grafton street gave me the chance to learn about having all kinds of customers like tourist, our regular customers and customers expecting a luxury experience, with everyone I would treat them the exact same and give them the best customer service possible.
