Managing the buffet set up the table service, taking and posting order, collecting payments, welcoming guest, look after the guest satisfaction, manage room service, Train new hiring, make sure the associates respect the company’s S.o.p., guest’s complaint handling, dealing directly with suppliers via mail or phone.Working with various programs such as: Squirrel p.o.s. , Opera, Open Table, Alice App., and Windows Office.
