I had the pleasure of working with Barbara for several years during my 6 year tenure at the Yuba Community College District (YCCD). As the Director of Public and Governmental Relations for YCCD I often times had to do outreach events in the various communities the 8 county district serves. I could always s count on Barbara to be present at these events, whether they were in the evening or on the weekends. She was always dependable, informative, reliable and had a wealth of information to provide potential students, parents and community members. Her interactions with folks were always carried with utmost professionalism and she has been truly an asset for Yuba College in terms of outreach, recruitment and hence enrollment management.
