Barbara is a visionary leader who left an amazing legacy at Massasoit Community College, where I had the privilege of working with her for over 10 years. Barbara was always supportive of our students and any initiatives to give them a superior education. Barbara was a valued colleague to me and all the staff, as she made herself available to listen and to be a problem solver. Barbara never let obstacles stand in her way when she was working to champion student causes and positive experiences. York County Community College is fortunate to have Dr. Barbara Finkelstein as their President as I know she will strive for nothing less than excellence in all areas of the college. I am certain she has made her mark already and will continue to do so to benefit all in the community.
