Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc. was formed 70 years ago in 1942. It was formed as a service organization for our service members during WWII and for the support of mothers at "home" who were concerned about their children. Today it is a service and support organization for families that have children currently serving in the military. The role of Chaplain is to assure the visible presence of the Holy at our meetings and activities as well as during the transition from Blue to Gold should one of our children become a Fallen Hero.
