Working with Barb was such a Joy. Our departments Maintenance & Culinary worked very closely together on a regular basis. My job required coordination between Barb and myself for weekly and monthly PM to keep the kitchen equipment working properly along with quarterly testing and cleaning of fire related devices in a very active kitchen. Barb made my job much easier allowing us to get things completed during some of the slower periods. Her attention to detail was evident, from leading the culinary staff, to all the paperwork required to stay in compliance with the State of Michigan. She is definitely an asset to any organization.
