  I had a small organic herb farm of a variety of 40 different herbs and created a beautiful landscaped garden. I cut, washed, dried and packaged the herbs giving them an excellent presentation. It was important to talk about the history of every site. It required knowledge of the ancient mayas, olmecas, etc. Groups that I worked with included a variety of groups including the German Parliament, who rated my presentation and work as "First Class".
