I worked with Barbara at the time when she was babycare and femcare categories buyer at Tesco Poland - at that time I was key Account Manager responsible for Tesco in Procter&Gamble Polska. During our cooperation Barbara has proven to be a very successfull buyer - clearly result-oriented with very good organizational skills whoch was especially important in very complex and difficult Tesco organizational structure. Barbara demonstarated very good knowledge on both total FMCG business and babycare&femcare categories specifics + very high collaboration skills with suppliers which resulted at her categories value growth in Tesco with index above 150% in Hypermarket channel growing only 105-17% at that time. As far as I know she has delivered all basic KPI's as a buyer - no surprise one of her top suppliers offered her a job recognizing her skills. Last but not least Barbara is a great work-collegue with great sense of humor and very positive personal attitude. I would be really looking forward to work with Barbara again.
