Mrs. Barlow is extremely professional in all aspects, expectations, and duties related to education. As a principal of an elementary school, she was organized, articulate, personable, and caring of both teachers and students. She managed a large elementary school and through her leadership, student academic scores increased and the school was awarded numerous awards. Under her leadership, her school was a model school and often provided showcasing events for other schools on several academic models such as Four Blocks, the Baldrige Method, and Balanced Literacy using Fountas and Pinnell as a model.
