I had the chance to be sales/translator for MTS Welding’s both Co-Founders Turgay Bozkurt and Murat Hurun on behalf of both sales and knowledge as well as engineering discussions in Essen Fair 2017. That year it wasn’t in Essen but instead it was held in Düsseldorf. It was a great chance to learn about lots of companies and their ambition on their terms of competition. Lots of engineers, lots of salesmen, it was another world for me since I was still studying for my bachelor’s degree. Boss of the company Mr. Gökmen told me great deal how to become a good engineer since he was one himself and told me that improvement is key for good transaction and customer relationships. I yet to remember till this day. They were persistent on communication and improving the variety of their products.
