Research project
-
Jan 2015 - Jul 2015
6-month research project carried out at the University of Warwick. The aim of the project was to express, purify and characterize an earthworm metallothionein. I recombinantly synthesized the protein with E.coli with Zinc and Cadium. Then the protein obtained was purified and characterized with FPLC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, mass spectrometry (ICP-AES, ESI-MS) and NMR analysis (1H, 111Cd, 15N).

Internship in QC
-
Jun 2014 - Sep 2014
Three-month internship carried out at the QC lab of Solvay Carbonate France (Dombasle-sur-Meurthe). My project was to characterize an analyzer used to titrate ammonia. The aim was to make sure that the results obtained were reliable for the analyzer to be installed on production site. This required the validation of the analytical method and the redaction of operating process.

Technical internship
-
Jun 2013 - Aug 2013
During this internship, my job was to determine the quantification and detection limits of two analytical instruments (ICP-AES and ICP-MS). After datas were collected, I had to develop a database of these limits taking into account the different parameters that mattered. The database developped with Access contained around 400 datas with a 100 possible parameters.
