  Vehicle Stage： 1：During the design stage Comprehend the vehicle definition and product definition, built the schedule of designed model ,vehicle and the detail list of designed product，promoting the formalization of product definition by using R3P system. 2：First four months of debug phase Build the manufacturing reference system and release it to team according to the built product detail list and dates and get prepared for the next stage 3：In debug phase Draft the pre-batch plan of vehicle/engine according to the whole project planning; Ensure that all conditions be fulfilled; Improve the reference system under the cooperation of other departments, then accumulate and solve all the problems in definition, processing, and transportation stage 4：During the first four months, organizer the coordination committee about the KD elements logistics and to start all the KD elements logistics before order between China-French 5：Mass debug stage Make the pre-batch plan of vehicle/engine according to the whole planning. Provide the whole vehicle dates to batch producing line, and cooperate with other departments like production, logistics, processing to improve the manufacture reference system, conclude the problems in definition processing and logistics and solve them. 6：After the vehicle project is passed, begin the production of vehicle and engine assemble ★ Mass Producing stage： 1：Understand the definition alternation in vehicle design；Maintain the manufacture reference system ，ensure the data accuracy and make it could be transferred to the related members in line 2：Organizer related departments to have a meeting(Chinese part and China- French bilateral ) regularly about the product alteration ,make pre-batch plan, confirm the modified dates of new elements, ensure the implement of new rules to be carried out and take some remedy measurements 3：Coordinate and ensure all conditions of new element be fulfilled and begin to launch the new element Show less
