Never a dull moment as her laugh is contagious! Banie is a ball of energy. She always has this fuel to get things done... not just quickly but also done right. In our workplace, anyone who is low on initiative won't survive due to how payments and technology advance at a fast pace. However she is on a different level - she sees to it that requirements are made and that they are clear and off she goes. Do I have to mention her skills in software development? Probably not as it was already a given having worked with her on a few payment applications and on the Discover kernel. If you need to put some life into your team, I'd recommend Banie in a heartbeat.
