  Microbiology Analysis - Checking total microbes, mold, and contamination in raw material, support material, production, product, and packaging Quality Management System - Responsibilities and Routinely perform internal auditing ISO 9001 : 2015 , ISO 45001 : 2018, FSSC 22000 as internal auditor - Collecting data relate to CCP (FSSC22000) and communicate with the relevant departments if there is nonconformity. - Providing data for internal audit, customer audit, and surveillance audit purpose. Maintain high quality and safety standard to comply with company standard Research and Development - Doing research related with diversification of raw material - Responsible for continuously improving production project such as use enzyme, antibiotics, raw material pre treatment, - Researching the diversification of inorganic ferlitizer, liquid fertilizer, organic fertilizer product , animal feed from yeastmud, single cell protein. WWTP - Analyzing wastewater, water quality (pH, conductivity, alkalinity, hardness, BOD, COD etc) - Microbial analysis to ensure water quality and waste water treatment meet specification Utility and Boiler - Coal sampling and ensure the quality meet the specification. Report and Documentation - Checking the report and its completeness from QC analyst, and making the report. - Communicating and coordinating the result or information of analyze with related department - Supervising and coordinating to handle conforming and nonconforming products. - Making usage decision for incoming raw material, support material and product with SAP system. - Making COA (Certificate of analysis), product specification - Making procedure, work instruction (SOP) together with QA Supervisor, QC manager and ensuring comply with regulation and standards - Coordinating with maintenance departement for preventive and corrective maintenance include calibration. - Identification of training requirements on staff and coordinating with HR team to close the gaps Show less
