Record Filing - Hard & Soft (Scan, Save, Rename, update Master File for Invoices) Review of account receivables report and follow up on pending receivables from customer consequently reconcile the customer account date (Includes downloading customer SOA, sending through email, calling Customer Account Data Creation and its update in system To provide efficient, courteous, and timely services to all customer requests and inquiries Revenue recognition every beginning and end of each month (Manual preparation of revenue Recognition and compare with system GL) Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly sales report for salesmen on product wise for analyzing the performance. Coordinating with finance department, Business unit managers and General Manager for seeking exceptional approvals on specials cases. Preparing sales forecast and revenue forecast reports. Preparing sales review files and presentations, comparing current year sales with prior years. Coordinating and following up with logistics department for making sure the availability of materials for timely delivery. Monitoring and cross checking each customer’s year over sales to identify the sales trend. Preparing detailed study on Sales engineers performance and identifying the trend. Show less
