Alison Field

I have worked with Bally and Coventry City Council as part of developing a health and wellbeing policy for staff within Alsters Kelley. She has subsequently developed bespoke training for the Firm and has been a keynote speaker at a strategy event in 2015. She has engaged very positively with employees, providing practical advice in an energetic manner. She has been inspirational in getting some employees to focus on their wellbeing.

Bally is an excellent public health professional. She is analytical and innovative and has developed a range of highly successful quality assured intervention programmes in Coventry. Her communication skills are strong, and she understands a range of client groups. I would certainly want her as part of my team again.
