It is rare that you end up reporting to someone who’s not only your manager, but also a mentor & a friend. Balazs is very passionate about his field of work and studies. I had the pleasure of working with Balazs for 2.5 years. He is very dedicated, a natural at presentations & can adapt to any environment. Balazs has extensive experience working in other countries such as Europe, Asia & America. He has an upbeat personality, and gives his full commitment to every project. I was impressed by his ability to take any obstacles that is thrown at him. In the duration of our time working together, he has had to put on many different hats. This only challenged him to learn more about each department and how to excel in them. Balazs is a well rounded individual who has a lot experience & knowledge to offer, he would definitely be an asset to any company!

Balazs added value to my (long term) business relations with US based company Aetrex. I like his personality - easy going and deeply involved in the business. He knows both how to listen and how to present. I think that Balazs is fast learner - after few months on board he was very well prepared to discuss any aspect of the business. I was nicely surprised by the sales meeting organized by him last Summer. We were people from 10 different countries and for a one single day he present the new Aetrex portfolio in the best possible way. I enjoyed a lot of advanced tech tools used to select the common styles for the EU market. The time was used in the most efficient way and we had a lot of fun at the same time. I left the meeting with a clear order in my mind. I am dealing with shoes suppliers for the last 13 years. Before that I was part of FMCG market, where the dynamics was different and the sales people was different as well. Balazs reminded be about that times:)
