Bala was the System Tester of a specific LiDAR function under my responsibility. He joined the project in a very challenging phase, nonetheless he quickly picked up the thread and soon he started to implement useful improvements in our System Testing. He was always able to adapt to the current project environment and do his part of the work efficiently from quantitative and qualitative aspect. Even under high pressure.
