Plan, Establish, Implement and Maintain an Internal audit Program throughout the plant. Handling second party audits conduct by customer. Assisting third party audits. Plan and execution of product and process audits across all facilities. Monitoring External, Internal customer complaint & Customer returns, Root cause analysis conducted, taking appropriate Corrective action to eliminate the cause & to prevent reoccurrence. The effectiveness of the corrective actions monitor by regular interval. Regular assessments of customer satisfaction and that consequent improvements are identified and implemented.
