I know Blaji as SCM as Projects Logistics Manager in Sterling oil Exploration and Energy Production Company Limited, Nigeria for 3 years. The project is highly cost intensive Exploration & production project of an E&P company. Hence developing and implimenting logistics plan is of utmost importance. Balaji at his capacity has implimented logistics plan in most efficient way without time delays which helped in overall success of the project. At his capacity as SCM, he has meticulously planned procurement strategies, supplier evaluation, negotiation and final procurement of the materials with integrated co-ordinarion with Contracts Department. This helped the overall effectiveness of the project to get completed in the planned time frame. During his tenure, he also played a major role in planning and implementing the ERP within the organisation with constantly interacting with IT Department. Overall, Balaji is highly motivated, young dynamic person with overall qualities of attitude and hard work. His deliverablity to the project is of very high standard and accuracy.
