Within that project, Bala has proved his expertise in data modeling, ETL (using Informatica Power Center as the tool) and data quality sense on designing the ODS system (a China local data solution), as well as his strong soft skills for leading and coaching the Cognizant data engineers. As to me (the product owner of ODS), Bala is a guy that you can trust and rely on when you need to build a data platform product / solution from scratch.
