Mr Blandin Akakpo is the founder of Celetra Afrique, an organisation that since 2007 focuses on the provision of Continuous Professional Education and the development of Transformational Leadership Competencies in Africa. Mr Akakpo holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied psychology (Specialized in educational Orientation, professional Orientation and Organizational Management) obtained at the University Cheik Anta Diop from Dakar in Senegal. He is currently a proven Entrepreneur, business development Consultant and lecturer in two private universities in TOGO. At the international level, Mr. Akakpo performs as a guest lecturer and is a highly sought after speaker for seminars and conferences organised by the private and public sectors.
