I would highly recommend Baily. Baily joined Novastar LP & Endura Products Corp. in a very high growth phase of the company whereby we grew tremendously over a 5-year period – with volatile 2 downturns where she became an integral figurehead in the company. For most of that time, Baily was part of a 2 person HR group so was instrumental in all aspects of Endura & Novastar HR including, but not limited to payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits management, open enrollment and other everyday HR activities. [She recruited me to come on board as the CFO during her 5 years here]. We also completed a health insurance provider change during that timeframe (from BCBS to United) and numerous other special projects (such as data mining old records for capture of R&D Tax Credits for current and prior tax years and successful PPP applications). Baily was always very meticulous and professional. She always had a positive attitude and was very level headed when it came to dealing with difficult issues. I learned I would not hesitate to hire Baily again if an opportunity arose and believe she will be a valuable asset to any organization. I miss her everyday presence greatly and know, without a doubt, she will be a success where ever she goes!
