I would highly recommend Baily. Baily joined Novastar LP & Endura Products Corp. in a very high growth phase of the company whereby we grew tremendously over a 5-year period – with volatile 2 downturns where she became an integral figurehead in the company. For most of that time, Baily was part of a 2 person HR group so was instrumental in all aspects of Endura & Novastar HR including, but not limited to payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits management, open enrollment and other everyday HR activities. [She recruited me to come on board as the CFO during her 5 years here].
