I had the pleasure of working under Baileys direction at Point Blank Creative. Bailey has an amazing breadth of experience under her belt and is a confident and strategic leader. She has a ‘people-first’ approach and is easy for anyone at any level in an organization to be real with. She is so thoughtful in her approach to reaching staff and recognizing people’s needs and she really sees the potential in those who report to her and pushes them to be the best they can be. She is creative in finding solutions to challenging problems and is full of great ideas for improving employee experience and moving things forward in an impactful way. I was able to learn so much from her in my time reporting to her and always found her leadership style and confidence to be inspiring. She is an all-around wonderful boss, colleague, friend and human who I absolutely admire.

I had the pleasure of working with Bailey as a peer on the Senior Leadership team at Point Blank Creative where I was leading the Production team. As a fast growing agency, Bailey had a pivotal role not only in building the foundations of our operations & HR, but also in bringing teams together to facilitate an understanding of the root causes of some of our most complex problems. She brought both a very human centred and compassionate approach to the work and also opened my eyes to new design-focused ways to collaborate, problem solve and ensure that the right voices are being heard (not just leadership). As a result we managed to begin to think about our cross-functional challenges with the true experience of our employees in mind. Her low ego approach and ability to build trust through sincere conversations stood out which was and is crucial in creating meaningful change to organizational design and culture.
