  I worked on the resource team for about a year and traveled to all of the other hospitals that had greater needs. I worked on all kinds of units to gain more experience.   I worked on the floor as a technician for a about a year and a half taking care of patients one on one. I assisted them with their ADLs. After that I got promoted to a CNA management position and assisted new patients that came into our facility and got them acclimated with our building. I also got their paperwork together with what items and how many they had. I went to meetings with other managers everyday for ways of making progress with the facility.
