From the day Bailey joined my one-woman team, I felt an incredible sense of relief. Bailey walked into every conversation with enthusiasm and a great attitude. As with many small businesses, the plan fluctuated often during our time together. At every pivot, Bailey would roll up her sleeves and jump in to help. She researched, wrote copy, edited, learned software, and more. She helped me brainstorm, strategize and implement digital marketing strategies. Bailey's greatest quality though is in her soft skills. She's kind, thoughtful, and encouraging. Bailey was my first hire. Her assistance and dedication gave me the confidence to expand my business. Any leader or team would be lucky to have Bailey on their team.
