After 2 years of work, the company was completely rebuilt in a seamless way.• The team was scaled up to 125 people (36 -> 16 -> 75 -> 125) • During the COVID-19 pandemic, we lost 5 employees but 18 were hired • Quantity is not equal to quality. We hired almost perfect employees who matched our goals and the DNA of the company• Processes have been transformed and adopted to the needs of the business • Product development follows a scrum process with a minimal time2market. Avg T2M was decreased by 20% • Projects are supported via kanban • Jira workflow transitions are automated • Key metrics are monitored via webhooks and influx with grafana• Through analysis, trial and error, the organizational structure was brought to the product office and cross-functional teams• HR department was rebuilt • Average rate of recruiting in normal mode is 5 employees per month • Average lifetime of an employee in the company was increased from 3 month to 1.3 years• The system was structured and placed under monitoring • Prometheus, Influx, Loki with Grafana helped to cope with that • Documentation update was integrated as a process • Infrastructure was optimized and tuned to fit our business requirements (hybrid of DC and cloud solution on k8s) • Stack was updated • Mobile apps - native to Flutter • Core backend - PHP 8, Symphony • Frontend - Typescript, React, Mobx, NextJS. • Service backend - Go• Started to use data based decision making (marketing, product and business data) • Kafka and ClickHouse integrated with • Appsflyer • Firebase • Postgres • Mssql • Apache Superset, PowerBI and Metabase for visualisation • Data is gained from web and mobile frontend • Data is also used for ML scoring and anti-fraud services Show less
