Tai Chi Quan Yang Style For Beginners Tai Chi, which is also the name of Yin & Yang symbol, is working to combine the inward, meditative Yin energy with a martial art pattern to give focus and direction of the outward Yang energy. These constitute a complementary opposites, therefore we also work with other exercises where you learn to harmonize these energies and applying Tai Chi's principles.
