Baheer was a student in my 1st year Information Systems and 2nd year Operations Management classew at Sprott School of Business, Carleton University. He was one of the brightest student in the class. He is very sincere and hardworking. He attended every lecture and sat in the front row. He is quite attentive to details and would ask me questions, trying to understand all the details and nitty gritty es of the topic. He completes all the practice problems I posted on the course website and would discuss them with me after the class. He completed and submitted all the course deliverables on time. He not only did very well but also aced the exams. He was one of 5 students out of 90 who ended with an A in the course. He is a very easy going and affable person that alsi works well in groups. He also displays some leadership traits that will enable him to scale great heights in his career. Although my course does not have any group assignments, Baheer formed a group of students that would attempt the practice questions and meet with me on a regular basis. Overall, Baheer will be a great asset to any workforce. His clam demeanor, affable personality and hardworking nature couple with the problem solving and other skills he gathered at the Sprott School of Business will have a positive impact on the team he works with.
