I had been working here as a Civil Engineer, on a full time basis for 176 hours per month, my duties are as following: 1) Obtaining required permits for a beginning project of the related organizations. 2) Supervising and carrying out all of the executive operations of the projects 3) Structure mapping and architecture and supervising the running of projects 4) Designing metal and concrete skeleton structures and preparing the related plans by specialized software 5) Preparing progress report of works in the daily, weekly, and monthly intervals during the projects 6) Controlling the status of the sub-contractors involved in the projects 7) Time and financial planning for the projects 8) Controlling and managing time, quality and cost factors in the projects 9) Programming the human resource and material as well as timely prediction of the project needs as well as human forces and consumables and also supplying them and controlling their quality 10) Prepare workshop minutes during the projects 11) Handing out the work to the supervisor appointed by Qom`s Construction Engineering Organization 12) Providing required correspondences and cooperation with the contractors during projects 13) Foreseeing problems and resolving them before facing problems during the projects Endorsement: At this company, the CEO always encouraged me to continue my higher education and telling me that you have talent in management and consulting.
