I worked with Bahador in the Human-Robot Interaction Lab. We worked together on a research project and he gave me a lot of help. Bahador is a great teacher. He taught me a lot about object-oriented design, test-driven development and debugging. He explained the topics clearly and he was very patient. Bahador is also a coding expert: he sticks with TDD and he writes code fast as well. It's really an enjoyment to watch him coding. I highly recommend him.

Bahador is a very talented and dedicated specialist when the subject gets to the research and development. Sometimes a little cooperation from Bahador solves a chronic issue. Currently working on a machine learning platform at Groupon. The focus is on not writing another machine learning library, vector optimization, etc. but enable putting models developed in by data scientists using the library of their choice, into production in a distributed manner. The systems I work on are developed in Java, Clojure, Python, and a little bit of R. We use Hadoop, Spark, and HBase for map-reduce jobs, distributed computing, and storing massive amounts of data.
