Carson Baker, PE

Bahaar is an excellent engineer, but more importantly she is a wonderful person to work with. On the engineering side she is careful and dedicated, and will do everything in her power to make sure the job gets done right and is done well. Beyond the calculator she is kind, thoughtful, trustworthy and friendly. Rather than worrying about getting due credit for her accomplishments, she cares more about helping others and making sure a project team succeeds as a whole. Anything Bahaar puts her mind to will be something done well, and any team with Bahaar as a member will be a team well supported!

Drew C.

I worked with Bahaar on the Troy Hall Renovation project at Washington State University. This was an inherently challenging project given we were building a completely new concrete structure for laboratories in an existing brick façade and adding a new structural steel office to the north. Bahaar's ability to quickly assist our team with issues ranging from differing field condition to assisting with constructability was invaluable on a fast paced project like Troy Hall.
