It is an honor for me to write about Badri. He is not from Wharton, not from Stanford and not from Harvard; some guys are genius by default, Badri is one of them. He has excellent team management skills. I started my career under him; he is very knowledgeable in each and every field, so much supportive in professional and personal things. He always provides a dynamic motivation to his team to achieve their goals, some times in team meeting we go only to listen him. He has enough capacity to boost up OR provide positive energy to his team. I worked under him in a critical environment but we never felt any hesitation to do anything on any of the complex issues because we knew if we do anything wrong then in our backside he has enough capability to manage the things, this sprit of work was very useful in my starting of career and through this I learnt a lot in my area of field. Apart from all the things his fun loving nature attracts all people; this provides a comfortable work environment. All those things make Badri to an honorable person. And if in the future I get a chance then I want to again work with him anywhere and in any company.
