I had the pleasure of working closely with Bader at Canadian Western Bank. Bader has built a strong reputation as someone with leadership, vision and diligence as well as a detailed oriented person. He has tremendous talent and possesses a rare quality that is innate to a Process Analyst/Architect. Bader has great personality when interacting with Business Subject Matter Experts making them feel at ease by listening and understanding their requirements.
