Badea has a solid scientific knowledge and has demonstrated very good analytical, priority management and problem-solving skills in a very complex environment. She has a superb constructive attitude, considers and respects the points of view of others and prioritizes the needs of her team. She works well in collaboration and not in competition with others. She also has the ability to work autonomously under pressure and in accordance with the objectives assigned to her. Very well organized in her work, she is very motivated and her previous experiences are very appreciated. She will be a key resource in any organization.

She worked with me at the CHU Sainte-Justine Research Center (a Montreal University Hospital Center) on the 'Assessment of In-Vitro Biocompatibility of Nanoparticles composed of Biopolymers'. Badea is methodical, reliable, analytical, initiative-driven and has very good time and priority management skills. She remains calm under pressure. She also has excellent scientific and technical backgrounds in bio-pharmacy, bio-chemistry and molecular biology.
