To Whom It May Concern, I would like to personally recommend Michael Bachkati for his work on Novo Nordisk’s new IT&CD Project Execution Change Management (CM) tools. Michael and one of his colleagues from Proacteur was hired to assist the Novo Nordisk IT&CD Project Execution CM forum in the upgrade of a portfolio of 5 change management tools, ranging from an overall CM strategy to Impact Assessment and Stakeholder Analysis. Michael's work was scoped to 113 hours, and estimated to stretch over approximately two months. One of the many things I would like to recommend Michael for is his intellectual capacity. Michael not only knows the change management subject very well; he also has the capacity to approach it from new angles and perspectives, and to alter between abstract and tangible approaches as needed. It was a pleasure to discuss the new design and reviews of the tools with him, as he always could relate to what we said and approve or dispute it as needed in a way that was conductive. Linked with this is Michaels good listening skills; he is always interested in new input, and takes the time to understand all opinions before providing his conclusion. Another thing that I would like to recommend Michael for is his unstoppable enthusiasm. His passion for change management is obvious, and highly infective. Along with the enthusiasm comes a sincere dedication to the subject and the task at hand; the original task that we had provided Proacteur with ended up growing quite a bit as it developed, and both Michael and his colleague volunteered several late evenings despite the assignment being a fixed-price contract. All in all, it has been a great pleasure to work with Michael on the above mentioned assignment.
